1. QConnect Voice AI Questionnaire Feature - Added the ability for providers to schedule or call patients regarding any specific questionnaire, such as pre-appointment verification or medical checkup reminder.
The system can transcribe patient responses in real time, analyze them using QConnect AI, and create, and store summaries of the answers in the questionnaire response.
2. QConnect ChatBot AI Questionnaire Feature - Introduced features allowing patients to answer specific questionnaires through a chat interface using QConnect AI chatbot.
3. Generate Questionnaire Form Feature - Implemented a feature to generate a questionnaire form and share the form link with patients, enabling them to complete it. The responses are securely stored in the questionnaire response.
4. Patient Education AI Assistance Bot - Implemented a feature that enables patients to ask general medical queries related to their appointments, medications, etc., via the QConnect chatbot or by talking to the bot during voice calls.
5. AI Record - Symptom Predictions - Added a feature that predicts patient symptoms based on their medical information and current conditions. Also included the ability to view the patient data used for the AI Recipes predictions.

1. AI Recipes (Summary Updates) - Updated the Summary AI recipe to include information about the patient’s medication, observation, and condition data. Key information is highlighted in the summary.
2.AI Recipes (Length of Stay) - Added a feature to the Length of Stay AI recipe to estimate the duration a patient is expected to stay in the hospital or under care.
3. AI Recipe (Patient Readmission) - Added a new AI recipe to predict the likelihood of patient readmission, aiding in proactive patient management.
4. Updated Provider Chat with Vitals Data - Providers can now view patients' real-time wearable vitals data within the chat interface.
5. Audit Events Addition -Introduced audit events to maintain a security log. This includes monitoring for intrusion attempts and inappropriate usage/API failures.
6. Updated HealthConnect CoPilot UI - Patient-related information has been reorganized within the patient details section for improved accessibility.
7. HealthConnect API Documentation -Restructured and updated the HealthConnect API documentation to include details on patient charting, scheduling, authorization, chat functionality, etc.

3. Cerner Backend System Integration - Completed server-to-server integration with Cerner to facilitate bulk export of patient data.
4. AthenaOne Patient Integration - Implemented standalone integration with AthenaOne for patients to access their health records.

9. Provider-Patient Chat Added - Added a new feature enabling real-time chat between providers and patients. Providers can also upload and share medical documents directly in the chat.

10. EHR Capability Statements - Added EHR capability statements for AthenaOne and NextGen Health.
11. AI Recipes Features Added - Added AI-powered features for patient medical summaries. Providers can use AI recipes to get detailed medical summaries and identify the presence of cardiovascular risk for patients.

1. HL7 V2 Interface/Trigger - Implemented an interface to listen to HL7 messages, convert them to FHIR, and display them in the FHIR viewer. Once the Message type is selected click on the Connect button which will simulate the Epic connection (sandbox not available) Note: Currently supports HL7 message types ADT, ORU, SIU, ORM, MDM, DFT, BAR, RDE & ACK.
2. Epic FHIR Bulk Export - Added bulk export of patient group data from Epic for all the available FHIR resources. Users can download the data and view it in the FHIR viewer.
3. Epic Backend System Integration - Completed server-to-server integration with Epic to facilitate bulk export of patient data.
4. Epic Clinical Notes - Added the ability to create clinical notes within Epic, and store and display them in HealthConnect CoPilot.
5. Epic Appointment/Clinical Notes Flow - Added a connection modal to display the process from writing clinical notes/appointments in Epic to storing and viewing them in HealthConnect CoPilot.
6. Pverify UI Redesign - Updated the Pverify UI to enhance information visibility and improve user experience—steps mentioned here.
7. API Documentation Update - Updated HealthConnect CoPilot documentation with new authentication details and other recent changes.
TestFlight App - MyClinicChart (V.1.0 (9))
1. UI Redesign for EHR and FHIR Resources - Comprehensive user interface redesign to enhance the user experience for EHR FHIR resources.
2. HealthConnect CoPilot Login Feature - The MyClinicChart app now supports HealthConnect CoPilot login.
3. Wearables UI Redesign - Added new card and list views, displaying biomarker indicators (e.g., normal, critical).
